Employment Benefits

Paid Time Off

Full-time employees are eligible for PTO and begin accruing hours on their initial date of employment. PTO hours can be rolled over for use by March 31st of the following calendar year.

7 Paid Holidays

Full-time employees are provided 7 paid holidays per calendar year by AREHNA. Holiday pay is granted as 8.0 hours of the employee’s regular hourly wage.

Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance

Health Insurance is available to all employees working at least 25 hours per week. We offer competitive rates and strive for minimal increases during annual renewals to limit the impact of rising insurance costs on our employees.

Supplemental Insurance Plans

AREHNA partners with AFLAC to provide supplemental insurance options for the following circumstances:
Accidents, Cancer, Critical illness, Final expense, Life, Hospital, and Short-term disability.

401k Retirement Savings Plan

Employees are eligible to begin investing in a 401k plan after 3 months of employment. AREHNA offers 401k matching up to 4% Enrollment periods are in January and July of each year. Employees must be at least 21 years of age at time of enrollment.

Employee Training & Development

AREHNA provides hands on training in addition to formal classes and certificate programs to eligible employees. Training programs and certifications may be paid for by AREHNA.

Cell Phone Allowance

Eligible employees will receive a cell phone allowance added to their last paycheck each month.

Boot Allowance

Eligible employees will receive a boot allowance added to their paycheck in the second quarter of each calendar year.

Company Vehicle

Eligible employees will be provided a company vehicle, SunPass, and gas card to be used for commuting purposes.

Company Outing & Events

Birthdays, holidays, and just because, AREHNA embraces any chance to celebrate with our team. We are frequently coordinating events to bring everyone together for BBQ’s, game outings, parties, and more throughout the year.

Employee Recognition Program

Nominations are entered by your team for a monthly drawing. The selected employee wins a prize and some bragging rights!

Per Diem, Lodging, & Mileage Reimbursement

AREHNA covers the travel costs for employees when out-of-town stays are required. You will never be asked to stay in a shady motel or to bunk with your co-workers here.
